Cancellation, Refund & Therapist-Change Policies

We value your time, your commitment, and your therapeutic journey.

Please review our policies below for smooth scheduling and support.

1️⃣ Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance.

• Cancelled 24+ hours before session
  ✔️ Full refund or free rescheduling.

• Cancelled within 24 hours
  ❌ Full session fee will be charged (non-refundable).

2️⃣ No-Show Policy

If you miss a scheduled session without informing us:

• It will be recorded as a no-show.

• ❌ Full session fee will apply.

3️⃣ Changing Your Therapist

Your comfort and therapeutic fit matter deeply to us.

• You may request a therapist change at any time.

• ✔️ We will help you transition to another therapist based on your needs.

Before the session begins
✔️ You may reschedule with a new therapist at no extra charge.

After a completed session
✔️ The session fee applies, but all upcoming sessions can be shifted to a new therapist.

For prepaid packages
✔️ Remaining sessions can be reassigned to a new therapist without penalties.

4️⃣ Prepaid Package Refunds

Refunds are available for unused sessions.

• Completed sessions will be recalculated at the standard single-session rate.

• The remaining balance will be refunded.

• ✔️ You may also shift remaining package sessions to a different therapist.

5️⃣ Workshops & Group Sessions

Refunds for workshops and group programs follow their event-specific cancellation terms.

• Generally, refunds are allowed only when cancelled within the mentioned time window.

6️⃣ Exceptional Cases

We understand that emergencies happen.

If you have a unique situation, please reach out to us.
We review special cases individually and sensitively.

7️⃣ Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within:
