Ayrin Peter is an Assistant Professor of Psychology with a strong academic
foundation and a passion for making psychology practical, engaging, and
transformative. Ranked 9th in MSc Psychology at KE College, Mannanam, Ayrin
has successfully combined academic excellence with hands-on experience in
teaching and applied mental health practice.
Her professional journey is shaped by two parallel goals: to become an impactful
educator who simplifies complex psychological concepts through creative
teaching strategies, and to grow as a specialized therapist who supports
individuals in building resilience and achieving emotional well-being.
Alongside her teaching career, Ayrin is trained in evidence-based therapeutic
approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior
Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Interventions. She integrates these
approaches into her practice to address concerns such as stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, and personal growth̶helping individuals gain clarity,
balance, and coping skills.
