Rudhika holds an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from NFSU, Delhi, and a B.Sc. in
Psychology from Madras School of Social Work. Her academic foundation is
complemented by multidisciplinary research that explores human development
across the lifespan, from body image in young adults to multiple role occupancy
in middle adulthood, and the dynamics of gerotranscendence and resilience in
later life. As a compassionate and dedicated trainee psychologist, she has gained hands
on experience in psychological intervention and evidence-based practice
through various internships. Rudhika is experienced in psychological
assessment, including administering personality and intelligence tests as well as
a range of psychometric tools for clinical evaluation. She also has experience in
community-based mental health programs.
Her area of expertise is currently grounded in narrative therapy, CBT and
mindfulness, all of which she integrates to provide holistic care. With a
commitment to client-centered orientation by staying compassionate,
confidential and collaborative, Rudhika is eager to learn and grow within the
field. Her goal is to ensure her practice by fostering an environment where
clients can focus on their journey to heal.
